'The Colorado Camaro Club was started in 1983 by Phil Saba and Bill Buffo. The club was started when the Camaro Z Club would not let us join their club because we just had "plain" Camaros. The club started meeting at Phil''s house. Craig Chevrolet was our 1st sponsor and Medved continued sponsorship when they bought the dealership. The first All Chevy Show & Shine car show was held in 1983. We have a diverse club membership, young, old, male, female. The majority of members own 1st generation Camaros, but there are many newer models represented as well, some are "show quality", others are "drivers". The club tries to have a monthly activity, some car related (car shows, parades), some family oriented (bowling, etc.), and some social gatherings (picnics, Christmas party, etc.).'
